What is GuIltyHub?
GuIltyHub is a free Windows app for managing lots of Roblox accounts, plus a website with a scripts library, free Roblox tools and community chat. One account gets you all of it.
Do I need an account to use the app?
You can download and use the account manager without one, but a free GuIltyHub account unlocks chat, credits, referrals and syncing across devices. Create one here.
Which systems are supported?
The account manager runs on Windows 10 and Windows 11. The website works in any modern browser.
Is it free?
Yes — the free plan is free forever and covers 15 simultaneous instances and 20 saved accounts. Paid plans lift those limits. See pricing.
Accounts & billing
Subscriptions, upgrades and cancellations.
How do I upgrade?
Open your dashboard and pick a plan, or redeem an activation key if you bought one from a reseller.
How do I cancel?
Go to your dashboard and open the billing portal — you can cancel there at any time. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for.
Do you offer refunds?
Paid plans come with a 7-day satisfaction guarantee. If it isn’t working out within the first week, open a ticket and we’ll sort it.
I paid but my plan didn't activate.
Payments can take a moment to confirm. If it’s been more than a few minutes, open a ticket with your payment receipt and we’ll fix it manually.

How do I earn credits?
Claim your daily login bonus from the dashboard, keep a login streak going for bonus credits, and refer friends — you both get credits when they sign up.
What are credits for?
Credits are spent inside GuIltyHub on store items, unlockable emojis and other extras.
My daily bonus won't claim.
The bonus resets once per day. If you’ve already claimed it, the button unlocks again the next day.
Cloud Android phones
The thing everyone asks about.
Can I rent a cloud phone right now?
Not yet. Cloud Android phones are still in development and aren’t available to rent. Create a free account and we’ll let you know when they launch.
Safety & accounts
How your credentials are handled.
Are my Roblox logins safe?
Cookies and credentials in the Windows app are AES-encrypted using Windows DPAPI and stay on your own machine. We never ask for your Roblox password on the website.
Is GuIltyHub affiliated with Roblox?
No. GuIltyHub is an independent project and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Roblox Corporation.
